Sinopsis
Bakumatsu adalah era di mana jiwa para pemuda terbakar bersama kekhawatiran dapat era depan negara mereka. Takasugi Shinsaku, seorang prajurit keberuntungan berasal dari Choshu, menyelinap di atas kapal pemerintah bersama rekannya Katsura Kogorou untuk melacak "arloji" misterius bersama kapabilitas untuk memanipulasi pas yang ia khawatirkan pemerintah idamkan simpan untuk diri mereka sendiri. Namun, dikala mereka tiba di ibukota, mereka menemukan bahwa pemerintah sudah digulingkan dan dewa Susanoo saat ini berkuasa di tempatnya. Jalan-jalan kota dan orang-orang di dalamnya jauh tidak serupa berasal dari yang diingat Takasugi dan Katsura. Waktu barangkali sudah berubah namun misi mereka belum - Takasugi dan Katsura mengambil keputusan untuk sesuaikan lagi pas dan menyelamatkan bangsa mereka berasal dari pasukan jahat yang mencoba membajaknya.
